Being Confident, Not Cocky

Around this time last year, I wrote a very overly-excited blog about the St. Louis Cardinals making a run in the playoffs.  And after I posted it, the Cards went into a downward spiral. Like many, supersticious athletes, I felt somewhat responible in jynxing the "October Red" Birds.

So, with that being said....

No predictions, no overachieving comments, no cockiness...
